Clearly a fan of the more acerbic male specimen, the How To Look Good Naked presenter, 33, also cites orange-hued talent judge Simon Cowell as one of his favourite pin-ups.

But despite his frivolous exterior, Gok struggles with the pressures of working on TV.

“I always have a kind of breakdown and halfway through filming a series I have my own trip out to a counsellor, because I need to lay it all out and get it off my chest,” he tells Star magazine.\
