GET TOUGH ON THE TEEN THUGS SAYS MUM OF GIRL KILLED BY 15-YEAR-OLD

The funeral of Samantha Madgin

Tuesday March 4,2008

By Mark Blacklock

A MOTHER whose daughter was killed by a schoolgirl high on drink and drugs yesterday called on the Government to crack down on teenage lawlessness.

Heartbroken Alison Madgin, 43, spoke out moments after Jordon Jobson, 15, was convicted of murdering her daughter in a cowardly street attack.

Aspiring model Samantha Madgin, 18, had acted as a peacemaker to break up an argument between some of her friends and other people, including Jobson.

Jobson, who had drunk six cans of lager and three-quarters of a pint of vodka and snorted eight “lines” of cocaine, launched a ferocious attack as Samantha – who had given birth to her first child Callum just 10 weeks earlier – walked away.

Jobson lashed out with a knife and left her victim bleeding to death in an alleyway in Wallsend, Tyne and Wear, last August, with 13 knife wounds to her face, arms and chest.

Yesterday, a jury at Newcastle Crown Court convicted Jobson, of Walker, Newcastle, of murder. The court had rejected her admission of manslaughter. She will be sentenced on April 7.

After the verdict, Mrs Madgin said: “Society is plagued by serious teenage crime. Until politicians untie the hands of the police and the courts, it can only get worse.”

MURDERERS

04.03.08, 1:40pm

Heart goes out to the family.

Why is she not sentenced now why wait until Apr 7, for reports on what??? she is a drug fueled murderer who all the liberal lot will say has had a hard life so should not go to prison for long, welll I know they will say life well thats exactly what it should mean but with this wishy washy criminal loving goverment is what she will not get. But sent to some nice cosy prison given plenty of home comforts and luxuries.

This is why the murder rate has risen so high in this country there is NO deterrent for criminals any more.

I keep hoping to win the lottery so I can get a ticket out of here as it is not a nice country to live in for the decetn law abiding people any more.

SPINELESS, IMMORAL MP'S

04.03.08, 11:55am

We are ruled and dictated to by a spineless bunch of bastards that couldn't give a toss about the law abiding citizens of this country. They are in politics for themselves, nothing else, they totally disregard us the public and treat us with absolute distain.

There is not decent couragous man amongst them. If there was, they would be standing up and creating hell about the absolute dishonesty of MP's with regards to their indecent 'expenses' and recent wish to pay themselves £160 a day on top of their extortionate £60,000 salaries just to turn up at work. Wont' happen will it ?

WHICH PARTY FOR LAW AND ORDER?

04.03.08, 11:15am

People no longer see Labour as the party of law and order, but equally not many people take the Tories that seriously either.

Contrast the BNP, with its ever growing membership. Their policies include bringing back hanging for convicted drug dealers. Ouch.
