Her second trip down the aisle – a New Year’s Eve church wedding to actor Laurence Fox – was a little more traditional but husband number two has admitted there is a rock ’n’ roll element to their pairing – their matching tattoos.

Fox, 29, has been happily showing off his design to This Morning host Eamonn Holmes.

“I got inked, ‘Mrs Fox 31.12.07’, he said. “And she got ‘Mr Fox’, after a drunken lunch in Mexico on the honeymoon.”

When it was pointed out, rather pessimistically, that the tattoo would be almost suitable for any future wife, Fox said: “Exactly! And she can just put an end date on hers.”

How, erm, sweet.
