DESPITE footage appearing to show Amy Winehouse smoking crack cocaine yesterday, the star is not going back to rehab.

The singer, wearing her trademark black beehive, was spotted at a rehab centre yesterday, but was not checking in for an overnight stay.

The 24-year-old visited the hospital with her father Mitch yesterday afternoon, but the appointment was said to be a regular check-up as part of her ongoing treatment for both "physical and all health issues."

The singer has been urged to seek help by fans after a video of her allegedly smoking crack was leaked on to the internet.

The film shows Amy looking disorientated as she talks about her cat in a confused manner and admits to taking 'Six Vallium'.

On the singer’s website fans shared their worries over the troubled star, fearing she will end up dead unless she seeks help.

“Amy, please get some help before it’s too late. You are an amazing talent that is going to burn out way too fast,” said one.

“That video of you at home which is now doing the rounds will hopefully be instrumental in getting you where you need to be.”

The fan quoted the mother of late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain, warning her not to “join that stupid club” of dead rock stars.

Another wrote: “You are a young woman with a lot of musical talent. Don’t throw it all away.”

But others were harsher, with one telling her: “You ain’t a legend yet, baby, and - newsflash - you and Blake ain’t Sid and Nancy. Time to get a reality check and lose the idiots around you who are supplying you with one hand and making money off you with the other.

“Quit being a loser and get real. Make music and stop snorting away a talent, we’re getting sick of paying for it.”

Amy is a triple nominee at The MTV Europe Music Awards having been shortlisted for Best UK Act, Best Album (Back To Black) and Most Addictive Track (Rehab).

Stupid, pathetic, over indulged spoilt bitch who needs to get a life. Besides which, I'm convinced its all for publicity.

patience for drug addicts....and quite frankly I wish this strumped up little nitwit would just go away. Tired of hearing about her. Maybe take Brittney Spears with her.

When she overdoses....we will have to read all about what a wonderful person she was.

Pathetic. She clearly does not want any help, and is bent on self destruction. Perhaps she should be sectioned. Drastic perhaps. But then at least she would get help, and the newspapers can go back to printing stories about people who matter.

It's a matter of personal opinion as to whether this young woman has a good voice or not - that shouldnt concern us, but in view of the fact that her whole being seems to be suffused with with attitudes and ability of the dregs in Society, why are we subjected to a daily dose of 'will she or won't she go into rehab'...'does she love her husband'...'is she taking drugs / drink / both'
WHO CARES..when there are worthy people in the armed forces laying down their lives for others who never get a mention at this level....
Lets just forget about Amy Whitetrash and let her go and do what she wants...most of us couldnt give a damn about her one way or the other..she's just not worth it.
