MINISTERS face calls for a sweeping reivew of data protection across Whitehall as the Government is rocked by a fresh security scandal.

Labour is under fire after a Royal Navy officer's laptop containing the details of 600,000 people was stolen from his car.

Defence Secretary Des Browne is to launch an inquiry into the embarrassing breach, which comes just weeks after HM Revenue and Customs lost the details of 25 million child benefit claimants held on two computer discs.

So can this Government be trusted? Do you feel safe? Is this one blunder too far?

IS LABOUR FIT FOR PURPOSE?

Absolutely not, Labour have in a decade destroyed the very fabric of British society and relegated Britain to a third world state with a third world economy attempting to support first world debt. Nanny state, more concerned with the rights of criminals than victims of crime, a place where people fear to walk the streets for muggings, stabblings and ASBO holders, a country where an ASBO is more valued than an educational qualification.

The list goes on, more tax each year, less service, new targets, less respect and action, more money to the NHS, less doctors, nurses and no dentists.

An army of beauracratic hitlers armed with "jobsworth hats" there to tell the law abiding what to think, do and say in case some immigrant is offended, the real nazis are runing new labour.

We must vote these labourites out of office and restore common sense and order to government by removing the stain of the last 10 years of lies, corruption and sleaze.

Vince,or whoever,will villinise the BNP,his agenda at every turn is to stifle any resistence.

Of course any inappropriate behaviour by any BNP member is widely reported,when our state funded Lefties the BBC ARE IN CHARGE.

Has anyone noticed that serious matters regarding immigration do not even rate a mention by the BBC.

Why the continued media interest and coments re the current Government - there is nothing new, no suprises & nothing unexpected - remember previous Labourite MP's and Ministers - eg. Owen, Stonehouse, Maxwell, Driberg, Mc Dermot etc., etvc. almost ad infinitum!

Of course they can be trusted...to tell us a pack of lies, to spend the lives of your service people without proper equipment, renege on an agreement to implement independent police pay reviews, to forget to declare donations, to destroy all integrity in the education system of our kids, to go back on an election pledge to allow a plebiscite on the EU treaty, to fail to deport illegal immigrants, to allow dangerous crooks and murders out of jail...the list goes on.

Political Correctness, Immigration excess, Muslim Hate Preachers, Health and Safety turned P.C, Taxation, Loss of private information, Referendum,... the list is endless....

I turned out to a E.U referendum rally last october, and storys like this annoy me, as in the sun newspaper 150,000 people text/sent in/phoned for a demand to have a referendum, yet only 1000 turned out to the rally outside westminister, and not one newspaper printed even a little box about it.

It is interesting to see just who the media is controlled by the government....

And the issue is, usually like years ago when one areoplane crashed, or train, then every week more was crashing, now with this, one disc lost, now loads lost, just how long has this madness gone on.

Is it not time the government was taken before the courts, as they have broken so many laws of the land already.

Couldn't agree more. In fact the word islamophobe should not exist. The suffix phobe denotes an illogical or irrational fear. I cannot see how it is illogical or irrational to fear a belief system system that commands its followers to kill, convert or enslave me.. Leftwing moonbats or muslims please explain.
