A DISCIPLE of preacher of hate Abu Hamza who called herself the Lyrical Terrorist walked free from court yesterday.

Samina Malik, 23, was facing jail after writing poems which glorified attacks on non-Muslims and possessing terror handbooks.

But the Recorder of London, Judge Peter Beaumont QC, showed mercy to the WH Smith shop assistant and gave her a nine-month sentence suspended for 18 months. She is the first woman to be convicted under the Terrorism act 2000.

Should she have been jailed?

Will the lenient sentence encourage more would-be terrorists?

Given the order of the boot, she obviously has no love for this country, would they keep pulling these strokes ,like speaking out of turn in a Muslim country or is it only here where they have the freedom that we do not enjoy. ......The freedom of free speech
