A POST strike tomorrow looks “inevitable” after last ditch talks broke down last night.

Chief executive Adam Crozier and union leaders  failed to break the deadlock on pay and modernisation. Up to 130,000 Communication Workers members will stage a 24-hour walkout, crippling deliveries across the UK.

The industry’s watchdog, Postwatch, has urged people to avoid sending any mail today or tomorrow because of the strike.
