INJURIES
12.10.08, 8:36pm
Injuries to sports participants are caused by over training in the "no pain - no gain" syndrome. Coaches and trainers sem to forget that our odies need time to recover from exertions made while training, this buisness of stretching before any exertion could be the reason for hamstring injuries and groin strains, it seems as if the stretching is excessive.
But not being a qualified coach or trainer who am I to apply commonsense to a situation, after all when you listen to sports coaches they all sound as if they say the same as each other. This has a very familiar ring to it, The Labour party ( we have sports directors and therefore we are the best ones to run sport even though we have never played any sports) has most of it's supporters who don't think for them selves because they cannot.
