About me: There is a petition on the Downing Street web site, put up by me care of Link-Age/Countrywide which is non party political, on behalf of all British pensioners, for the State pension to be increased to, £250 a week, with a relevant increase for couples, for the abolition of the council tax, and for the abolition of taxing pensioners, because this generation have spent a 30, 40, and 50 year working life already paying income tax.
