So Gordon Brown thinks that by not charging us extra to have our rubbish taken away he is going to make us all love him.

Egotistical fool! We are NOT stupid Mr Lier Brown. After going back on your promise of a vote on the EU treaty, No one with even a modicum of sense will believe Anything you say in future.

You were a washout as chancellor, you are Washed-up as a Prime Minister, please just GO!

"The party's tally of councillors has reached a psychological barrier of 100 - but a deeper look at the nationwide results reveals that there can be a world of difference between a point of importance for a small party and a genuine gathering of electoral steam.

In fact, those councillors represent less than 1% of all those elected in the UK and gains on the night, beyond the headline-grabbing result in London, were short of some expectations. "

yes, we beeners are sooo mighty, with our less than 1% of council seats in the uk.

such political power!

it really is a groundwell of popular support, isn't it? i mean, this history books will write about it like this, i think:

"in an era of economic and social turmoil, where media driven anti-immigration feeling was at its peak, one party emerged... at it's peak, it had a massive mandate, collecting nearly 1% of the UK's local government seats. "

har har!
yea, congrats on that. i guess the champale and the wine in a box will be flowing freely at beener hq for weeks!

reconcile these two statements you've made:

"CFB ..... your boys took one hell of a beating last night"

and when i respond and say that i am not a labour supporter you follow it up with:

"Nobody cares who you support or vote for, it just has no meaning or significance here........"

--several times now you have demonstrated an inabilty to have a coherent discussion, or to follow one thought after another.

I always imagined that you lived in a caravan, but now i'm starting to wonder if it is not a nursing home instead.

WELL DONE GORDON

02.05.08, 5:40pm

All I can say is well done Gordon, you have lost. Its what the country wanted and we are glad you are going to sink into your own quagmire. You turned this country into a sink estate of the great European Union. No back bone and no politics and certainly no charisma.
You lost on every count, immigration, pensions, houses, taxation the list goes on and on. We have been run by a bunch of greedy crackpots for far too long do the honourable thing and call a general election and let us all vote in force for your expulsion.

BROWN, AN ECONOMIST HE IS NOT!

02.05.08, 5:19pm

Gordon Brown has ruined a lot more than the economy. He has made a mess of the OAP, forcing just about every pensioner to virtually beg for extra momies, to add insult to injury we have to fill in complicated forms that even confuse the 'experts' who the government send to advise us with form filling. BTW I am not a silly old duffer, I had a good grammar school education and held down a few good jobs.

He made a complete bodge of the 10p tax. as well as finding £ms to spend on the Iraq/Afghan wars, Northern Rock and the Banks. The same type of money Old Labour threw at the car industry years ago.
As chancellor Gordon lived high on the hog during the world wide boom, now the inevitable bust is here, he has no reserves.

He has no control over his own party.

As a PM he is a failure.
