and that goes for there lawyers and all the civil rights groups who are making millions on the backs of the british tax payer .the government is obligated to protect the rights and the freedom of the british public ,one of these rights is to be protected from the likes of these foreign crimminals ,how many more victims in this country will we have due to these scum bags or will this coward government only act ,when some one decides to take the law into his own hands.

without a doubt, as they are so used to crime in their country, we dont need it here, as we have to tolerate with the freeks in this country. It should be a privilage for them to come here and be good, i say boot them out, infact he can take bus loads with him.

There should not be any dispute in sending them home, if they have broken the law then they forgo any rights and should be dispatched back to their country of origin with enough restrictions that they do not get back here again. We must put our own people first who do not want foreign criminals in their midst .
Either repeal the HRA or amend it so it makes more sense than it does at present, then no one can hide behind it. Shame about lawyers not being able to line their pockets. Tough! ! !

Presumably part of the problem is because we are not supposed to deport people who have EU passports - the Chindamo fiasco being a case in point.
It's ridiculous that any country is unable to decide for itself who is, or is not, welcome within its borders, and I would be very surprised if any of the other EU member states adhered to this 'rule'. As usual, it's the UK that sticks to the letter of the law instead of ignoring the bits that don't suit.
Several Chief Constables have complained about how their workload (not to mention their budget) has been strained to breaking point because of the increase in crime brought about by recent massive immigration. There appears to be a total lack of will on the part of the government to get to grips with this problem and deal with it in the only logical way.
I say chuck out any foreigners who have committed a crime in this country, and ensure that their passport are clearly marked 'Do Not Re-admit to UK'.

You ask all the questions, and we give all our opinions, but who gives a toss. These comments are never seen by anyone who counts. Opinions are like ar**ho**s,. Everybody's got one.
The only one chance we have left, is BNP. Come on, they can't do any worse than, "Ali Brown, and the forty thieves".

Yes of course, you are absolutely right.. I got so carried away on my high horse that I made a fatal typo'. Just goes to show how one word can in effect change the meaning of a whole sentence. The fact I was trying to make was that many solicitors do attempt to defend the defenceless in spite of knowing the guilt of their client.

I spent 28 years as a professional police officer. Over 20 of those years were spent in the post of detective. As I grew older and more experienced I got to understand the psyche of lawyers and the judiciary. These two roles are interlinked as to become a member of the judiciary one has to be a lawyer. Everyone who enters the legal trade does so either to make a lot of money, or for political reasons. Over 30% of all MPs are solicitors or barristers. I was also accepted by many as worthy of their friendship or patronisation. Solicitors have a strict code of conduct but this does require them to question the guilt of their client. Their loyalty is to their paymaster whether it be the actual client or the legal aid system. The reason for the difficulty in expelling undesirables is purely down to either the confusion created by weak laws or the intransigence of the judiciary. Logical argument is not a valid legal argument anymore. The decision makers know that they are wrong, but their limited reasoning prevents any one of them from setting a standard. Until just one of these very weak bunch of judges is prepared to stand up for justice we have no chance. The major reason for this lack of courage is the notion that they have no one to answer to but themselves. It is time that this was changed, and these parasitic people are not given the esteem that they currently enjoy. I know that this is close to anarchism, but until they deserve the respect of the populace they should not have it.

IMMIGRATION CAUSES INCREASE IN CRIME

The police are unable to cope. Thanks to The Human Rights Act the lawyers are getting even richer and there are more dangerous foreign criminals on our streets no doubt in receipt of compensation and benefits.
We have to get out of the EU to stop the madness.
Kick out the immigrant spongers and criminals.

Yes a million times yes. Plus 20 million others who are ruining OUR little island and taking over what is left.
There are no go area's and ghetto's all over the British Isles.
We have foreign, killers, child molesters, child kidnappers, rapists, murderers, drug dealers on a mammoth scale from all parts of the globe and the unelected Judas Jock McBrown loves it as it suit him, he hates us so much.
Get shot of the lot back from whence they came, most must have come from France.
Easy if you are not gutless.

Yes we should. (Why should we pay)

But as has already been said we are so PC correct and frightened to stand up for our own national rights just in-case we offend someone, we will do nothing and just let them carry on committing crimes against us.
Whilst we presumably pay them for the privilege with benefits & housing allowances. (Bet they don’t pay council tax)

No its just another case of the criminals having more rights that the law abiding majority. What about our human rights “ I want to be protected against such scum”. But who is standing up for me.

I cannot understand why we continue to allow British lawyers, almost certainly paid for out of our legal aid funds, to keep fighting (against us) to allow these people back into our civilised community. The lawyers themselves can have no morals and should be taken to task by the system.

Seems to me that our own safety and heritage no longer matters to this government….
