'Smart' gas and electricity meters to be installed in all homes

Governments don't do 'savings' when it comes to Joe Public. All they do is screw him/her for as much taxpayers' money as possible. All these meters will do, is give utilities and government even more control over our already intruded upon, lives. When the government of the day deem that we've used too much energy, they'll just switch us off.
