REGULATION

Only regulation can stop the capitalist world going through this disaster every few decades.
Regulation on bank lending.
Regulation on share dealing.
Regulation on hedge funds, investment cos, short selling and spread betting etc.
One simple rule would have stopped this entire disaster form happening...a bank may not lend more than 90% of the value of anyones home.
Sub-prime and credit crunch would not have even started.
Shares to be held for a minimum length of time etc.
We have to take the "casino" out of the City, or our children and grandchildren will suffer greatly.
That is already guaranteed.
