An M P with some sense(thats a first)

ABSOLUTELY RIGHT, its time we put sense back into prison terms.
SO FAR AS SPACE well there are plenty of unused (or were) ships that lay idle and one or two remote islands dotted around. Use them just make sure there is no escape route, bread and water rations would be adequet.
