BBC ‘trying to kill off Blue Peter’

Published: Sunday October 5,2008 by philfam28

So the Labour run BBC want to axe Blue Peter? Lets read between the lines here, moving to a smaller studio is meaningless; That has happened before when Lime Grove studios were closed and they weren't exactly on the large side. Reduction in budget; That happens all the time. On the subject of presenters, they leave for varying reasons so that too is meaningless. As for moving Blue Peter to a digital channel, I believe it is repeated on CBBC anyway. Restore the programme to its traditional time of 5.00pm. This is the real reason for axing Blue Peter; IT IS NO LONGER POLITICALLY CORRECT ENOUGH FOR NEW LABOUR, THE LOONY LEFT AND THEIR LILY-LIVERED LIBERAL FRIENDS.
