Reflects the state of the country " A COMPLETE SHAMBLES" Sadly we are now becoming a third rate nation brought on by our own stupidity in tolerating Governments lack of upholding the British way of life.Local Authorities have been allowed to make their own rules made up as they go along by dictates from elected councillors who are only interested in politics rather than what is right, not forgetting their lucrative expenses and that of the full time employees who take the rate payers to the cleaners.This stems from Central Government who sow the seeds on how to fleece the taxpayer."C'est la vie" and we do nothing to redress the situation.
