Published: Tuesday September 9,2008 by alanG
As I gather exercising your wrist after the break has healed Or repaired should have a minimal amount pain as you must realize as your wrist has been afterall demobilised for at least 4 to 8 weeks, have you ever been told whilst exercising in reabilitation from any injury ,that if you get pain you should stop exercising may I suggest, that you try hot wax therapy, where by your hand &wrist is immersed into wax thus easing up the tendons of hand & wrist whilst exercising gentlywithin the wax bath; then if this doesn't do the trick ? there is probably damage to some tendons in your hand or wrist;I have known some person who had damaged tendons after a mishap ,tendons were severed &repaired by surgery & then this person had wax treatment,Thus regaining the complete use of his hand...hope this maybe helpful to her plight... good luck?
