Not to Mention

The smokers and drug users who want to kick the habit, why the hell should the NHS pay to clean them up. It was their choice to take up such bad habits. But lets also clamp down on these foreigners who just come over here for the free NHS treatments. So many people suffer medical problems, who have paid into the system only to be faced with the post code lottery due to lack of money within the NHS.
