Loaf price to rise as rain hits harvest

I thought most of our flour was sourced from Canada..because they have a more suitable predictable climate for growing wheat...or did the UK's EU representative and food minister, Peter Mandleson stymie this deal as well as everything else.
This was probably something else we lost..turning our backs on the common wealth!
