How lessons in poise are the best way to ease your back pain

Posture even !... Correct posture should be ingrained at school by teacher quietly reminding students,.... don't slouch. Shoulders back, tummy in, head up, look the world in the eye.
Correct seating, desks, meal tables, sitting cross legged on the floor even. Walk a mile with a water pitcher on your head. Posture will then be that of the average African refugee seen all too often inTV news reports. Dignity will be a different matter entirely...........!
