crime gangs crack chip and pin

the world and his dog know that the uk is an easy target as the justice system in this country has collapsed ,crimminals have come to the uk from all parts of the world because they are confident that they will not get a harsh sentence or deportation if caught ,billions are stolen from the public and crimminals are laughing ,but if some one steals off the government by tax fraud etc then they will get a harsher punishment.a country with a justice and crimminal system like ours ,that thinks more of **** bags human rights is easy pickings.
