Let's tap into common decency

How many people in UK today would be able to tap into common decency.....Try the binge drinkers in some holiday resort, ask them. Sadly by far the vast majority of people in the High Street today have no idea of manners, how to behave in public, how to be decent, socially acceptable even. You don't believe me ?
Early am, I am sat in my local park listening to birds, savouring the beautiful flower display put on by the local council, paid for by the community. A smartly dressed older woman is allowing her dog onto the beautiful flower beds. The notice at the park entrance, "Please keep your dog on a lead." completely ignored, fortunately the animal wasn't yapping incessantly as most dogs usually do ! However,
I say to the woman, " excuse me your dog is walking on the flowers"... Oh he's only on the edge. " Look at the broken flowers there."
My dog didn't do that, what's the matter with you this morning? she said. It should be on a lead. says I. .... Silly, ignorant, horrible old cow, 1st one to moan and grown over community tax, probably has a clutch of binge drinking, promiiscuous foul mouthed, foul smelling out of work viscious brats. !.. Dont mention decency in UK today, very, very little of that left in21st C. !
