eBay, Police and Justice System

The Police and Judciary system seems to be employed by eBay as thousands of people are criminalised by the activities of eBay.

Recently a friend of mine was treated as a criminal because eBay gave his name (but a bogus address) as a seller to buyers whereas my friend had never advertised on eBay nor been in contact with so called buyers.

The buyers reported non-receipt of their items and my friend was not only arrested and charged by Police for fraud, but had his DNA,finger prints and mug shots taken.Now he is on the National Database Register of criminals.
His record is now permanently scared.

The Police only dropped charges at the last minute, after about a year's proceedings, when the matter went to the Crown Court,when they could not find any evidence to link my friend to this scam.

Thousands of pounds of taxpayers money was wasted on this case only by the Police on behalf of eBay and the fools who parted with their money before ensuring that they were entering into a legitimate deal.

eBay is one of the "untouchable" organisations because they have the financial muscle to pull strings and have strings of lawyers/barristers working for them to twist the whole legal system.

I have on numberous occssion reported luxury brand new cars being sold at a fraction of their true value, but have received no response or ridiculous resonses from eBay.

eBay is the only organisation, which claims to have millions of transactions on its website, which is not regulated and is not respnsible for illegal items being auctioned.
