Go back to school young man, look at recent History, of course the French would like an EU Army, see what I mean !! perhaps not, ask any old soldier, sailor or airman or for that matter ask the next person you meet in the street, I am sure they would put you straight on this ridiculous suggestion.
If you are that kean go join the French Foreign Legion.
