A summit in Name only

So Mugabe has been greeted as a hero at the African summit. No great surprise there as most of his peers have never been fairly elected if elected at all and many have even more blood on their hands than him. This may be a summit in name but not one as we understand it, more a convention of bloodied tyrants.
