Has Baghdad's Comlical Ali got a job at the Treasury ?

3 blatant lies in one statement ? This Treasury spokesman must believe that we are all naive idiots !
And "There is no tax windfall from higher fuel prices" must surely rank alongside Comical Ali's classic "There are no tanks in Baghdad" as they rumbled past behind him.
