RATS to these councils and their fortnightly collections!

WELL DONE, THE EXPRESS !
I for one am sick of having around 30 rats under my patio, attracted to live in my garden by rotting food caused by fortnightly rubbish collections.
This week I had to retrieve a shower case from my bin to check the electrical rating, and had to don rubber gloves and circumnavigate thousands of writhing maggots to get to it.
