Councils Should Be Prosecuted

Should councils ever be so irresponsible as to risk people health by restricting bin collections to once a month, they should prosecuted for manslaughter for any deaths resulting from subsequent infections. On a lighter note I think most would agree that loony Mr Lee should be recycled immediately.
