There is also a book which offers as fact that Jesus went to India and Tibet, there is a statue of Him in India and also His tomb!
Both this and this "astonishing new book" claiming Jesus sailed on a trading ship to the UK are both purely New Age theories. That Yeshua spent years in India or visited the UK simply are without truth. Generally, such theorists themselves are responsible for the burden of proof. The New Testament does not mention any such event, and, furthermore, none of the early writings of the Church fathers mention it either. Not even the spurious life of Christ accounts from various heretical groups of the first several centuries mention any such thing. In other words, this is a 20th century theory. When people make such a claim, they need to produce the historical documentation for such claims and of course, they do not exist.
Therefore, it is not something we need to disprove. The Bible does not need to say that Jesus never went to India or Britain. The Bible does not say that He did not go to the United States; still, it is obvious that He never did, and the mere thought was not even an issue until relatively recently when the Mormons introduced the notion that Messiah came to the Americas after His resurrection. With everything we have and know historically of Yeshua, He never travelled outside the immediate area of the Land of Israel and its surrounding territories of Lebanon, Egypt and Transjordan. When people claim otherwise, ask them one simple question: Where is the historical documentation? There are other books such as "The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus", "Jesus the Man" by Barbara Thiering both push provide false theories but these are 20th century documents, not an ancient ones, and as such have no more validity than does the Book of Mormon.
Still, "peoples' ears prefer to be tickled" rather than making a serious study of the Word of God for themselves and this also applies to those who call themselves Christians. The true Christian has no problem identifying the false witness both in the Church and out of it. The heart of those saved by faith in the Messiah Jesus remains untroubled whatever the cares of this life. We are at peace within knowing our Lord in a deeply personal way through Him and His precious Word while others scurry around always looking for something more.
There have been many false Messiahs, many false prophets over the centuries who have attempted to lead people away from Biblical truth. However, as the last days of the Church Age draw to a close Satan works even harder to take as many people to hell with him because he knows his time is short.
