WOULD YOU BUY A SECOND HAND CAR FROM DOUBLE- DEALER BROWN?

The government is now engaged in an elaborate campaign - not to actually do anything about fuel duty but create the impression that they are doing something. Hence all the Brown photo-opportuinities and posturing at well-publicised meetings with oil industry executives, OPEC etc etc..So with this government what you see is very definitely NOT what you get. Goebbels and Machiavelli would have been proud!
