Double It

The sentance what this scumbag Swellings received, was far too lenient. Double his sentance to a minimum of 34 years, and thats less than what he deserves. Hanging would be a much more suitable penalty ...the satisfaction of watching his knees buckle as the Judge donned the Black Cap and passed sentance.
