You are right... & very wrong!

Your figures are correct. But the fact is that house prices have only just started to fall & they are falling fast. Its in the news all the time. You have reported this like its not going on & your figures show something new. But your just saying what everyone else is saying, but 5 year figures are not the issue. The credit crunch was not happening 5 years ago. Its now. Your headline is missleading & could lead people into finacial trouble. Please be more responsible.
