do you really think, for exmaple, that we would stil have an agriculture industry at all if it wasn't for migrant labour?

There's a damn site more to agriculture than picking fruit and packing veg.

These jobs were always done by Students, Aussies/ Kiwis on holiday, the good old working class families, and some itinerate Gypsies.

With more and more Tesco's and the like springing up the demand for more and CHEAPER Fruit and veg Necessitates more workers to cover the increase in demand, these workers need to also need to be CHEAP to enable the farmer to make at least a little profit from his outlay on Modern agricultural systems,

Immigrant seasonal labour will not be subjected to TAX as will the out of work working class and there lies the reason why.
