Complaints over MPs' finances rise

Gravy & Train come to mind. It would appear that in all walks of political life from local councillors to euro mps our representatives claim as much as they can and who says what they can claim - why themselves.

No one wants them to be out of pocket but matters have gone far enough to the level of abusing the system.

Why can some of our representatives claim the minimum and others claim every single penny that they can squeeze out of the system?
