The Cunning Old SOT!!

Poor Old Ken yet a further extortion from the motorist, the Road Hauliers Association should stop deliveries into and out of London forthwith.
Then pissed up Ken will soon witness the debacle that follows, the poor old SOT won't get a whiskey delivery for sure, but silly me, our dictat rules don't apply to our dictators do they?
