more blunders

Pathetic!
Why is itthat this country seems to have so much difficulty in removing foreign criminals? Why aren't they taken on board the plane in handcuffs?
And now we see that despite the Government's promises and assurances that they are deporting an ever-increasing number of illegal migrants and other criminals, the Immigration and Nationality Directorate has decided that actually it can't be arsed to carry out this policy as it has better things to do.
Since when has it been up to a government department to decide whether or not to implement government policy, or is this yet another example of a security breach in which the place is actually staffed by illegal immigrants?
